3. CONTENT RELEASE & USAGE RIGHTS
I grant all other participants involved in this collaborative shoot a
perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:
use, publish, edit, reproduce, distribute, sell, monetise, advertise,
stream, license any photographs, videos, audio recordings, promotional
materials, and derivative edits created during this shoot ("Content").
This permission includes use on personal websites, subscription platforms,
adult content platforms, social media, tube sites, promotional advertising,
digital download stores, future edited releases and compilations.
4. EDITING RESTRICTIONS
All edits, trailers, promotional materials, shortened clips, compilations,
thumbnails, and derivative content must be created solely from footage,
photographs, and media captured during this collaborative shoot.
No additional footage, AI-generated footage, manipulated scenes, deepfake
material, or external media may be inserted into the Content in a way that
falsely represents any participant.
5. MUTUAL COLLABORATION UNDERSTANDING
I understand and agree that:
• This was a collaborative content shoot.
• All participants may independently upload and monetise the Content
worldwide.
• No further approval is required before another participant uploads or
distributes the Content.
• No royalties or future compensation are owed unless separately agreed
in writing.
• Consent applies indefinitely to content already created during this
shoot.
• Each participant may use the Content across multiple platforms and
territories worldwide.
6. PROHIBITED USES
The Content may not be used:
• In a defamatory or unlawful manner
• To falsely represent criminal activity
• In misleading AI-generated/deepfake content
• In any way prohibited by applicable law
7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I release all other participants from claims relating to:
• Use of the Content as authorised herein
• Distribution and monetisation of the Content
• Editing and promotional usage of the Content
except in cases of unlawful misuse or material breach of this Agreement.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of
England and Wales. The parties agree that this Agreement is intended to be
enforceable internationally to the fullest extent permitted by applicable
law.
